During my undergrad, I was part of the mentoring program called P.O.W.E.R. which tutored and mentored in-coming freshmen girls and boys. P.O.W.E.R. stands for Peers Offering Ways to Excellent Results. I had a group of 10 girls whom I met with weekly and tutored them in any subject they were having trouble with.
