Planning to be a Principal in the future

I have learned overtime that children learn best with repitition and engagement. I will ask them a question, and if they get it wrong, we will come back to it until they know it very well.
I plan on majoring in Elementary Education in college, then going on to get my Masters in Education Administration. Am currently taking all honors or AP classes in my junior year of high school, with a 3.71 GPA. A Little Bit About Me...

I first started to study music when I was 11 years old. I grew a love for the clarinet and played for many years in middle school and high school. In college, I majored in clarinet and also studied all wind/percussion instruments as well as piano. I obtained my BA instrumental teaching degree (K-12) through Western Carolina University in June of 2003. A Little Bit About Me...

I don't think I can claim a specific teaching "style" just yet; I simply don't have enough experience to define myself in that regard. Besides, no single "style" or method is going to work with any given student. Everyone is different. My sales background gave me the chance to hone my skills in reading a person, and then proceeding accordingly with each individual. I do enjoy helping students with their problems. I have a technique of visualization. for example, which is the first example I use. I tell the student to think of a tree. in the seconds you think of a tree, you don't think of just the tree. you think of the roots, the trunk, the limbs, the branches, the leaves. then you think of whats going on in the tree, right down to the point of the tree taking in carbon dioxide and giving off oxygen and water. Why is the tree giving off water. most people do not know that the tree is making water because it is attaching hydrogen to the oxygen to get rid of the hydrogen, acid. I can apply this same visualization to almost anything.
