Currently I am completing my course work at Capella University as a PhD student in Organization Management and Business with a specialization in teaching. A Little Bit About Me...

Teaching is an art that needs to be perfected based on each individual child’s needs. I am a very demanding teacher, but at the same time always fair and give positive reinforcement while the student is learning and of course, when they have obtained their goals. I teach using a variety of strategies, but feel that hands on learning works best for most students, especially those in a tutoring atmosphere. Therefore, many manipulatives for just about any concept are used in order to turn a problem into the solution.

A Little Bit About Me...

I have a degree in both Marketing and Advertising as well as a minor in Economics. After graduation I quickly moved to Charlotte and took a position as an assistant manager with a popular salon in the area.
