Finding a way to solve a math problem for every type of student!
I have worked in school setting since 2003. During my time before teaching I had the opportunity to work one on one, push in and pull out to work with multiple students, substitute teaching in classroom, assist principal in disciplining students from the bus, classroom, etc... Elementary Vocabulary is one of my top subjects! My Master degree is in Early Childhood Education Pre - K to 3rd grade. Elementary vocabulary is my strength and I love to get a students mind thinking.

I started my teaching experience in 1994. I started out as a Speech Therapist. After that, I became a Developmental Therapist. In doing both of these, I became a part of a multidisciplinary team to test children to see if they would qualify for serves. In 1999, I received my Master of Education degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and began teaching.
All students are not the same. I believe to find the best way to teach is to listen to the student, and find his/her strengths.
