I have 16 years teaching experience at the elementary level teaching 5 years of 2nd grade, 8 years of 4th grade, 1 year of 5th grade, 1 year of 1st grade, and 1 year of 5/6 Language Arts and Science Resource teacher experience. Being home schooled with the accelerated A Beka curriculum, I was able to outperform many of my peers in the public school system. My early education had given me a particularly strong grasp of grammar, reading comprehension, and writing; my proficiency with these increased by studying Latin and Ancient Greek at Trinity University.
