My experience as a teacher and instructor has been centered around my experience as a musician. Learning how to play and read music drastically helped me in school in all of my other subject areas. I knew early on that I would continue to play music and also that I would want to stay involved with music in some way. Teaching is not something I had initially aspired to but found I am a teacher and motivator by nature. I love the challenge of figuring what pieces, educational, each student is missing and helping them fill the their gaps to reach the next level and have things come together for them.
