My comments on tutoring Writing : Help with organization, content, proofreading, editing. All forms of writing: research, informational, persuasive, descriptive, expository, narrative, technical, response to literature. The most important part of your writing in order to allow your readers to understand what you have written.

I have taught middle school language arts for 15 years in both public and private schools. I excel in teaching young people how to write clearly, completely, and concisely. While I can teach them grammar, punctuation, spelling, organization, and research skills. CONTENT often comes from the heart rather than the head. My comments on tutoring Writing : For the past five years I've been working with high school and college students on their writing skills. Each person has their own process, and sometimes a student needs to discover what works best for them. I help them figure out how they best get words from their mind to the paper. Success is Feasible

In 2011 to 2012 I worked as a lead tutor for Academic Achievers in Muncie. My core focus was to improve writing skills. I would help students organize their thoughts into a structured document, and on occasion I would help build their vocabulary with five words of the week. I have taught 4 and 5th grade in the Texas School Systems for 24 years. I worked as a retired teacher in the Adams Wells Special Services Coop for 3 years (2006-2009)as a teacher's aide with special needs students both in the elementary and high school levels. Those children varied from autistic, cerebal palsy, Attention Deficit Disorders with and without Hyperactivity.
