In 2006 I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with concentrations in History and English. In 2008 I received my New York State Teaching Certificate. Starting at the end of 2008 I became a substitute teacher in Liverpool Central Schools and in 2009 for Baldwinsville Central Schools as well. After becoming a substitute teacher I quickly honed many skills in order to be an effective teacher. When helping others, I do it two ways. I tell them how to do it and guide them through it. Other times, I show them how to do it. However, I do not do it for them.
