Gaining and sharing knowledge has been a driving force throughout my life. Literacy is one of the greatest gifts we can give to our children. Having taught grade levels from preschool to adulthood, I know that everyone learns in their own unique manner and at their own time. My experiences span not only various age groups but different subjects as well,including math, algebra, biology, history, literature, Spanish, grammar, reading/phonics, study skills, and beginning dance. My style of teaching music to students meets the Indiana State Music Standards, and Gardner's 9 Intelligences including the incorporation of various learning styles to fit the needs of each individual student.
