Having taught for more than five years as a certified teacher, I feel that I have what it takes to be an educator. In order to let the student realize the significance of learning, I try to design a curriculum that is application based.

I believe that positive reinforcement is the most effective way to motivate a student to learn. Each child must learn to identify his or her strengths and use those strengths to solve problems. I believe guided practice is necessary to establish support for students as they are learning until they ultimately can perform tasks independently.
