I am thankful that I had some "hard" teachers and professors throughout my education. I have honestly grown to understand the importance of success and how nothing worth having comes easily. My approach to learning is straight forward. Who? What? When Where? How? Learning should be fun. However, I donot believe in holding anyones hands. I expect my students to put as much effort as I myself am giving. Yes, every student learns in different ways. It would be my job to discover the best approach for each student.
I have earned two degrees. At Georgia Southern University I recieved a B.S. in Nutrition/Food Sciences. Every child can learn! I believe that all children learn in different ways and it is a teacher or tutors obligation to find the way each child learns best. My goal with every student I work with is to get them excited about learning and exciting about wanting to know more. I am a patient, energetic and enthusiastic person who enjoys working with children. If a child is given the appropriate help then they will succeed. I had wonderful teachers growing up that helped me learn and I want to be that person for the next generation.
