As a working professional, I was driven later in life to get a degree that was started right after high school. While working part time as a law enforcement instructor, I fell in love with teaching. I believe in engaging students in conversation and effectively communicating to them the need to learn and the pride that results in the achievement of learning. I am a retired law enforcement professional. I returned to college and earned a B.S. in Education in2004. My entire background revolves around teaching. I taught in a Preschool while I was working on my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.
