My personal style of learning is to learn by doing. I get my students involved in any process and get them to actually do the work so they learn it from experience, not just reading about it and taking for granted they know what is going on. Seeing the steps in action and seeing the final result brings a sense of accomplishment, which helps a student learn the correct way of doing whatever it is they are trying to learn.
I have lead many training sessions dealing with a multitude of different topics. I do my homework, and make sure I am fully prepared before any training session. I've tutored two kids in my neighborhood for 40 buck every two weeks. It was a marvelous experience because they were very respectful young boys...majority of the time. It was kind of hard for them to keep their focus so i drew a plan which was rewarding them with candy and toys, and of course since it was my idea I didn't charge extra. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to tutor them anymore because had to move with my mother. All in all, no matter the task I will always try my best to achieve!!!

I love working with adolescents. I believe with all of my heart that each teen has the ability to accomplish great things with the proper motivation. My Montessori training and experience has taught me that the only way students will be successful is to have good self esteem. If you convince them that they can learn and be successful, then that is what they do. I have a talent for creating lessons and materials that are fun and challenging. My students are very special to me and I'm always looking for new materials and lessons to enrich their learning experiences. Being an animal lover helps me to bond easily with children, usually by telling them stories about my pets. I love learning new things and try to instill this trait in all my students.
