I have also been the Coordinator of Customized Office Skills Training for Butler Tech for 8 yers and an instructor for Medical Office Technology. My experience with Microsoft Office Programs is vast.
Individualized. I believe that all students are "teachable" although some learn differently, some by reading, some by doing, some by watching. I enjoy watching as someone finally "gets it".
