My comments on tutoring Graphic Design : I worked for a national print company for almost 10 years. I ran their entire marketing department and facilitated all the technical needs of the entire graphic design department.

There is a saying, "between the teacher and the taught becomes the teaching". The institutions of higher education are changing rapidly, and I am equally excited about the opportunity to learn from my students and the fresh new perspective they bring. I'm a very social and easy to talk to. I'm interested in genuine learning and real human relation. Using the topic of software as platform, there's plenty to explore together!
I've been a web developer for over 20 years. I've seen the entire industry evolve in real-time with my own career path. I'm currently working full-time as a principle software engineer for a SaaS company in town. I've built many teams, architected and helped produce many enterprise level systems. Graphic Design is one of my top subjects! I have worked at a graphics shop in Vernal UT. I had to learn to use vector programs as well as raster programs. I took several multimedia classes and commercial arts classes in order to obtain the knowledge which I now possess and would be more than willing to help students with Graphic Design.

Throughout high school, I had trouble trying to figure out what I wanted to do when I graduated. I took many classes that ranged from Weight Training to Biology. I took many Art classes in which I excelled at. I then took some Computer Technology classes and I loved it. So I figured I would put the two together and took Graphic Design classes. I loved it. I am very competent in using all sorts of Graphic Design programs. I got my first guitar around 8 years ago and just picked it up and learned it. I have been learning ever since. I personally, have taught many people the basics of guitar and gave them the tools to excel in music.
