My goals for each session is to keep the students challenged, but not over whelmed. I assist the students with a step by step spelling, and vocabulary lessons, this would help the students work hard on pronouncing difficult words and comprehend what they have read. Every student, no matter race, religion, gender, age, social status, political leanings, or sexual preference, deserves equality in education. No conduct jeopardizing equality will be tolerated in a didactic or practicum setting. A successful classroom depends on the success of three relationships: the instructor must respect the student, the student must respect the instructor, and students must respect one another. Failure concerning any of these relationships results in failure in the classroom. The importance of the idea of primacy learning will be upheld in every teaching scenario. Students that are learning a new skill must be taught correctly the first time, as primacy in teaching is paramount to the student’s success. Student must know and clearly understand what is expected of them in a course for confidence and rapport to be attained in their relationship to the instructor. In ... read more

Teaching is my passion. I love working with students and to watch them grow and learn. All students deserve an exceptional education and they should be taught to their own learning style. Many students learn at different rates and need instruction that is based on their weaknesses. Children should be taught in a motivating, caring and empathetic environment. I love to tutor and watch as students move up in their reading, math and science levels. All students should be given this opportunity and that they do have an educator that truly cares about them.

A Little Bit About Me...

During the pursuit of my degrees I worked tirelessly to excel. While in school I volunteered as a tutor for the local Boys and Girls Club. I tutored middle school and high school students in literature, math, science and history. Due to my degree in Library Science I have extensive knowledge in writing term papers and research methods.
I believe that all children can be successful academically with the right encouragement and guidance. I believe in showing students the correct way to do the task at hand, and them coaching to explore the materials themselves. I believe that given the right tools and foundation even a academically unsuccessful student can excel.

As a first generation immigrant, I have sharply experienced just how important proper communication skills are. Language, spoken and written are one of the most important parts of building those skills for young people, for success in both carreer and social life. I strongly believe that my own experience with constant learning and improving my language abilities helps me in better understanding of the learning process of others. Multiple personality assesments as well as my self-evaluation state me as a leader type indiavidual, competitive, influential, however also supportive and attentive as well.
