I hold a Master's degree in Education and am certified to teach Literacy Education in New York State. When I was living in Buffalo,NY I substitute taught several different subjects for over two years. I also took a job as a personal assistant/nanny to a family in Great Neck allowed me the opportunity to familiarize myself with Long lsland while continuing to work with children tutoring them for a year. Since then I have been subbing in South Country and Sachem school districts for all subjects.

I also fulfilled the core curriculum classes in math, science, English, and foreign language. I went on to receive a masters degree in Social Work from Boston College in 2009 through their advanced standing program. I was an Aide in the resource center at Pollard Middle School in Massachusetts and interned as a floating substitute at Elias Howe School in Bridgeport. I student taught fourth grade at Stratford Academy. I was also an Aide for grades 5 and 6 and Christian Heritage School in Trumbull and taught grade six at CHS last year.
