Each person learns at an individual pace. I use the Gardner system of multiple intelligences to facilitate individual learning style. I do not believe something is impossible to learn, or unteachable. Patience is a moral and ethic rule with my personal professional style. I have worked with different levels of mental health and emotional maturity for several years. I have spent much of my spare time working within the community at youth centers, soup kitchens and veteran administration homes. I have earned two bachelor degrees in education. I have my p-5 degree in every subject and my k-12 special education degree in learning and behavior disorders. I have worked with all ages and am knowledgeable in my field of work. My previous job was at the number 1 school in KY: May Valley Elementary.

I am a firm believer in using real life scenarios and showing students how information is applied to real life. I am a graduate of Northeast State Community College. I am currently attending East Tennessee State University in pursuit of a BA in English with a minor in Education. I have been working with students form ages 5 to 14 yrs. in age for 2+ years.

My teaching style varies depending on the students I am teaching. It consists of lecture notes, handouts, exams and quizes and games such as Jeopardy.
