A Little Bit About Me...

I am very interested in teaching and imparting my knowledge to the budding scientists in the field of Biology. I have worked as a teaching assistant and demonstrator for undergraduate students at Durham University, U.K. My main responsibilities involved planning, demonstration of biology practicals to undergraduates and marking assignments. I have also done exam invigilation duties and supervision of final year science students during projects and assisting them in their short dissertation biology research projects both practically and in writing up. As faculty I would also like to develop newer courses and improve their content, enhance research and training in my areas of specialization.

I have had intensive study at Case Western Reserve, mostly in chemistry (general chemistry, organic chemistry, analytical chemistry and physical chemistry), but I know many other subjects and I am proficient in them. I have good understanding of biology, microbiology, biochemistry and physiology. I'm pretty strong in math as well, going all the way up to calculus. I help teach my little siblings who are homeschooled and have experience teaching others who are outside of my family.
