I've gained experience with teaching in an array of ways. Firstly, I'm a recent graduate from BYU-Idaho in Piano Performance earning my Bachelor of Musical Arts. Throughout my training as a professional pianist I studied piano pedagogy and now have a functioning piano studio of my own. I am currently a senior at Brigham Young University, Idaho. I am majoring in Animal Science and minoring in Chemistry. I enjoy working with students who are elementary aged up through college aged. I particularly love working with middle school students. I am sensitive to student's individual needs and realize that everyone learns at their own pace and in their own way. When I tutor in mathematics, I try to help students develop conceptual understanding, not just procedural knowledge.
