I Love to work with children to transfer knowledge and help them learn difficult to understand concepts. Currently, I volunteer 3 hours every Sunday to teach 6th through 9th graders. We start with a lesson (eg. ratio, percent, geometry, algebra, or probability), then move to a quiz or test. Finally, we end with a Math Jeapordy game or a Math Millionare Game. Students are excited to do the Jeopardy and win a prize. I believe learning should be fun and we use a lot of materials from the internet.
