I have always prided myself on having a fairly vast vocabulary. It took me a while to understand just how complex and expansive the English language is. That can be daunting for a young child just starting to read and write. I always liked playing up my quirky personality. My favorite teachers and professors were the goofy ones, the ones who can relate to the students' fun side.
