I know shotcuts in math that really help students to safe time and understand the material. I created my own theory of explaning things that is not writtern in any math book. It is easy to understand for students. The most important thing is to explain math through pictures not formulas. The formulas will be understand automatically after the student understands the picture and concept. I am very patient and ready to explain as long as it takes. My comments on tutoring Pre-Calculus : I have an bachelor of science in electrical engineering and have been a process engineering for 20 years which means that I use algebra, calculus, statistics on a on a daily basis.

My teaching style is non-traditional. I'm into change management,so I keep my staff on there toes on a daily basis by cultivating them in a direct but friendly manner.
I have been in the semiconductor industry for 20 years where I've worked as a process engineer, equipment engineer and a manager. The semiconductor industry deals with leading edge technologies where a manufacturing piece of equipment cost about $5 to $10 million. The understanding of different levels of math and MS Office applications like excel is a requirement.
