I'll Teach your Student to Teach Him or Herself

I have worked as a tutor for 10 years in all subjects, especially focusing on ESL learners. Recently, I have worked in an ESL school (FLS International) with university age students seeking to matriculate into American Universities. Before that, I worked in South Korea teaching English. While employed at these schools, I also work part-time as a tutor- mostly for middle and high school age students. Many of my students struggle with time management, and this is a main focus in my tutoring sessions.

A Little Bit About Me...

I have experience being an English tutor to four different families during my time abroad in Barcelona. My students varied in age, the youngest being seven and the oldest being 13. This experience allowed me to better understand students at all different levels and what teaching methods children at different ages better respond to. I also have experience using my passion for art as tools of learning. I have experience teaching drawing and painting as tools of stress relief and of memorization.
