I believe that all children learn best when they experience success. Therefore, I make sure to give all my students opportunities to succeed by asking questions that challenge students to think but are not impossible to answer. My teaching style involves a combination of constructivism and direct instruction. Instead of lecturing, I pose questions, calling on students randomly. When I restate what is correct about a student's answer, my students understand that they have successfully contributed to the learning process.
