During that time I took three tutor training courses and earned a Level II tutoring certificate from the College Reading and Learning Association. I tutored at Case Western Reserve's Center for Civic Engagement and Learning. I tutored kids of in middle school at the local library in all subjects. I have a bachelor's degree in biology and am in the postbaccalaureate program in nutrition.
I am a good listener and let the student tell me what problems they are having in any subject. I ask them questions to get them to think about what they're learning in depth.
