I Have been a teacher since 2002. I have had various experience in teaching students diagnosed with ADD, ADHD, Asperger's Syndrome, OCD, PDD, ODD, as well as other learning, social, emotional, and behavioral disabilities. I have also had experience tutoring students from grades one to ten. I have had to plan and implement individual education plans as well as independent lessons for various students. I have worked with children from all types of schools including inner city and charter schools.

I needed to first, relieve the frustration – then determine what needed to be done to rectify the situation (through a question and answer processes).
