I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting since that is what I enjoy the most about business. In the many years that I have been working since high school, I have always been a trainer for each company I have worked for. I have also been a Sunday School teacher for over 5 years. I have taught various grades and ages, from 3rd grade to 7th grade and am capable of adjusting my teaching style. I have found, through teaching a wide variety of people a wide variety of subjects, that there is no one way to reach someone. Everyone has individual strengths and weaknesses. What I have found, however, is requisite to meet the needs of all students is respect for the learner. Without the requisite respect and encouragement, struggling students find it easy to give up and continue to believe that they aren't able to learn the material being presented. I believe all students have the ability to succeed. In my experience, the most important thing to remember is that all students learn differently, and sometimes what seems like an impossible task just needs to be presented differently for better understanding.
