After 8+ years of MCAT tutoring, I've successfully helped hundreds of students raise their MCAT scores. As a senior content developer, teacher and tutor at a big test prep company, I saw so many students struggle with the test, doubt their abilities, fail to get the help they needed and otherwise fall into a cycle where they weren't maximizing their ability. In almost every case, I've found that MCAT-takers failed to think of the MCAT as what it is and what it is alone--a test.
