At the University at Buffalo I worked as a tutor for university students in subjects ranging from English and Spanish to biology and calculus. My BS is in biomedical sciences but I am also a proficient writer and have taken many English courses. I received an award for Outstanding English Student in high school. In addition, I worked for the WHIZard Academy for Mathematics and English in Penfield, NY as a chemistry tutor for a high school student in preparation for the regents exam.
