I graduated from Oklahoma Christian University in 2008 with a degree in Music performance. During my time at Oklahoma Christian, I played bass in the jazz band, string ensemble, and several other university performances. I also studied classical and jazz guitar during my time at Oklahoma Christian University, and studied under David Brandon here in Lubbock before leaving for school in Oklahoma. During my time at Oklahoma Christian University, I took advantage of opportunities to help international students with their English. l have a BA in Communications and also in English. My background includes Substitute Teaching. These grades and subjects include Language Arts Grades 6-12, Grammar Grades 1-6, PE grades 1-12, Adaptive PE Grades 1-12, Special Education All Grades, and Health Grades 9-12. I am also a certified Tennis Professional for the past 20 years. Helping children become higher achievers regarding English is my true passion. I am skilled in creative writing, spelling, and grammar.
I have always had a passion working with children. All children can learn if they have the right guidance. I believe I can provide the guidance they need.
