A Little Bit About Me...

I began teaching at eighteen. I’d just graduated high school and wasn’t ready for college, so I worked as a personal trainer at a gym within jogging distance of my house. I worked with clients one-on-one helping structure their workouts to their needs, and while I may be stretching it to equate teaching with providing pointers on proper form or advising on ways to augment a stagnant routine, but I think that gap year spent in the gym was when my proclivity for teaching first became incipient. Set up externships at nonprofit agencies so they would gain real experience in an office. What a better way to teach your teen than by a teen?

I graduated high school in late October of 2012. I am not currently in college. I am working twords bettering my future. I enjoy helping others and I find it easy. I used to be tutored and I hated it because the tutors seemed to not care if I got it. I make sure the person or people I am tutoring understand and remember how to do what I am asked to teach them. In high school my teachers used to send me to other classes and tutor kids in the middle of class. I am extremely flexable and can help just about anyone I try to teach. I will not say every because no one is perfect and I'm not going to pretend I am.
