I have been tutoring grades K-9 for quite a few years. I've also taught a preschool class while in high school. I am currently majoring in Early Childhood Education and Special education at Clarion University of Pennsylvania. Hello, all. My name is Stacie. I have over 10 years of experience in Education. I started my career at Sylvan Learning Center. I began as a Program Manager, but also have experience as the Director of Education. My job duties included giving students Diagnostic Assessments, updating each student notebook, tutoring math, reading and writing in the evenings, attending ongoing trainings, contributing to teacher trainings, and meeting with both parents and teachers at schools. Positive Experienced Tutor

While I am not a teacher by profession, I have successfully tutored a variety of leraners in a variety of subjects, primarily math, english, science. I enjoy working with people and helping them learn in ways that reach them and help them gain understanding and ultimately success. I am positive and creative as well as determined to help each student.
I am the mother of 3 children, two with college degrees and one currently in college. I was very involved throughout my children's school years, volunteering in the classroom, tutoring, etc. I have also tutored privately since my children left school. Prior to having children, I was a Systems Analyst for Servistar Corporation, and returned as a consultant for them for three years betweent my first and second children.
