The information is used to identify areas of literacy strength, as well as areas of need. I enjoy working with children because they are more open to learning. To me, there is nothing more fulfilling than when a child grasps concepts he or he previously struggled with. I always enjoyed helping my fellow classmates with their homework and with any questions. I was the first to help out a struggling student and to make sure they shared my level of understanding. After 13 years of employment with the Oklahoma City Police Department, I decided to finish my degree, and become a certified teacher. This decision was due to the Police Department recruiting me to teach various computer classes to police officers.
