Learning Improves with Positive Reinforcement.

I have my BS in Paralegal Studies from Peirce College, with a minor in English. In 2010 I earned my Masters Degree from Drexel University in Library and Information Science. I completed several graduate level courses on youth instruction. In addition, I have mentored children and adults with ADD. At the age of 19 I was diagnosed with ADD and went through an intensive learning disability program consisting of various types of learning and processing. I would like to help children conquer the disability before they pick up bad study habits and poor self-esteem.

To me, teaching is the most rewarding profession that exists. I serve as a mentor to many children that I comes across and I love the feeling of being able to educate them to no end. I believe that patience and a genuine concern for children is what makes an educator successful at teaching a child.
I graduated from Temple University in May of 2008 with my Bachelor's of Business Administration. I was a junior counselor at a Basketball Camp in the summer of 2007 as well.
