I worked as a math teacher and math coordinator in a middle school in Naugatuck, Connecticut until I retired in 2005. I have been working as a math tutor in an elementary school in Southington, CT for 3 years. I also work for the University of Bridgeport as a supervisor of student teachers. I have tutored my own daughter in math for courses she took as a student at Briarwood College and also at Southern Connecticut State University.
