This has exposed me to great teachers and a variety of different teaching styles. I studied cello and piano formally for 7 and 10 years, respectively, and taught cello for 2 years. In high school I taught Adult English-as-a-Second Language classes for 2 years. I've also taught skiing and guided young children in after school art and literature programs for several years.
