Patience. I would have to say, I would have to learn the needs of the student, what they already know and don't know, and use what they know to help them understand what they don't know. I would be fairly straightforward I guess. I trained users on MS Office after they converted from DOS based applications to Windows based applications. I also consulted in the user room at SUNY Albany.
