A Little Bit About Me...

Through my teaching experiences I have developed a "never say die" teaching style. I am willing to try as many methods as it takes in order to help the student achieve academic success. I am very positive, encouraging, and patient when working with children. My teaching style also incorporates mostly hands on activities because I believe that when students are physically engaged in their learning they achieve a higher level of success. I am also a firm believer in the idea that all students are able to meet their potential when given the right tools to get them there. Hands on, Practice based, through step by step instruction. Visual learning whenever applicable. Geometry, algebra, physics, and some calculus are in my range of teaching. I am very patient as long as the student is trying to learn and cares about the work. Mental support of students is half the battle.

A Little Bit About Me...

I love working with children of all ages and abilities and helping them with academics. I don't believe I have a specific teaching style. I know that I have to be flexible and creative with each student. Everyone learns differently, and I feel it is my obligation to find what works for each child. I do belive in providing hands on and real life scenarios when teaching.
I have been very successful in academics throughout my education. I was valedictorian of my high school, and I received the top honors in English, French, and Accounting. I also maintained a 4.0 average throughout my college education.
