I am a leader and believe that I will be a great asset to helping others in their desire to join the military. I believe that all students can learn; however, the way in which a student learns may be different. Therefore, I use short formative assessments throughout teaching to measure the student's knowledge and understanding. Finally, I ensure that the student can generalize or apply the concept. These two points, recounting information and applying information are key to mastery of information.
