My teaching experience began with my work with troubled youth in Michigan. I worked with the Fine Arts Team using the arts to teach visually. I also used positive Peer Culture for helping students to deal with their problems. I slso taught history at the school. I have 8 years experience; I worked for WSI teacher staffing for 3 yrs. and 5 yrs. for the Battle Creek School System in grades K-12 in most subjects
I create a positive atmosphere and help students to be responsible first to themselves and then to their community. I also try to make my students aware of their potiential and guide them in processing information by first understanding the context in which it is used. While approach and focus might vary for the individual or subject matter the essence remains the same.
