I recently completed a two-month internship in TAS/OTS in EY this summer. From this experience, I gained valuable knowledge in the advisory area. I participated in a mobile internet App project for a startup technical company. The major goal for the project is to do financial forecasting for the company. In the group, my job was to help create a business plan report and translate from Chinese to English. I also worked on cash flow forecasting. As a team, we did a lot of calculation and researching of the data from client in order to evaluate the net income for up to three years. Through the estimated net income, we could evaluate how much the company need to as an investment and the risk level of the business. I went back to school to attain my masters degree in education in 2008, and finished student teaching in December of 2009. I am accustomed to teaching children from various backgrounds, and learning styles. I am eager to initiate a career in education and serve the students in the greater Cortland county area.
