For this position, I taught from self-made exercises, lesson plans, and individualised activities focusing on English comprehension, writing, communication, grammar, and literature.
I prefer to incorporate student participation as much as possible instead of giving lecture-style instruction to learn their unique learning styles and to understand more about my students.
