Civil Engineering is one of my top subjects! I am a Structural Engineering major and UC San Diego.

I can teach either one to one or multiple kids. I have dealt with both cases and I when I am dealing with multiple kids I try to pair them up by their struggles so that they can overcome the obstacle together. I try to focus on what my pupil are struggling on and go over that with more detail then that of the stuff they already know. I teach the material at a pace that is right for everyone but I slow down if anyone needs me too.

However, I do believe that subjects in various areas must be taught in a very simple way so that everybody can easily understand even the difficult and complicated subjects in a class. I think overloading the students (of course in a normal and logical manner) during the class period may be ok but the exams should not be difficult at all and instead be normal and based on fundamentals.
