No two children are the same, and we know that this is correct, so therefore it applies to their learning ability as well. I've been both a research pilot and a captain on a cargo airline.

My creativity allows me to come up with different teaching ideas depending on the child's needs. Differentiated instruction has helped me to reach the needs of all learners and positive reinforcement has helped to motivate students to want to do well.
