I recently graduated cum laude from the University of Rhode Island with two Bachelors of Science in Marine Geology and Maritime Law. I teach sailing and environmental education in the summers. I believe that being a coach, and mentor is the best way to teach children. I think that "hands on" training, or "on the job" training is the best way to learn. This is mostly true throughout our entire lives. Providing guidance, and answering questions rather than doing the work for them.
