I love working with children and I love helping them learn. I think that everyone should have an equal opportunity to learn, and some people learn differently than others. I think that sometimes a student needs to have individual attention in order to gain knowledge and its my goal to give them that.
I graduated from my high school with honors. I have been in College since two weeks after graduating high school, where I am slowly pursuing a career in Nursing while working full time at the Dow Chemical Company. After high school, I recognized in myself a desire to work with elementary- and high school-aged children. I have always been at the top of my classes and was heading for an engineering school before I discovered a love for helping kids. I do not have any teaching experience but I spent many summers working with these age groups at camp and enjoy interacting with them.
