2013 French major graduate looking for tutoring job!

I just received a Bachelor's Degree in French and International Studies from Stonehill College in MA. I am willing to tutor any age and skill level, especially in French. My goal as a teacher is to help students learn and understand Math. I believe as a teacher, you want to pass onto your students to excel in whatever they want to achieve in life. I find students today are in a very competitive and stressful environment in the classroom. The pressure to succeed or be above average is great and can cause the enjoyment in learning to be lost. Mathematics is challenging, and some students pick up the concepts very easily, while others do not. It is important not to lose the students who are having difficulty. A Little Bit About Me...

I have been teaching for 21 years now (wow, that's gone by fast!) and I love every second of what I do. I have also been a tutor in the district for the past 9 years, tutoring every subject possible--math, English, Social Studies, etc. I enjoy tutoring because it allows me to get to know students who don't take French and also I love to teach other subjects outside my own area.
