Biology is one of my top subjects!

I am a recent graduate of St. Bonaventure University. I hold a Bachelor's of Science in Biology. Although I do not have formal experience in teaching I have greatly enjoyed helping others with science in my undergraduate years. I have assisted non-science majors with various science topics, especially biology, when they asked for help and have found that many have had a much better understanding of the topics at hand after I've helped them.
I do my best to adapt to how the student learns most efficiently. Everyone learns differently. I think by involving as many of your senses you are able to learn and retain information better. Teaching information and giving examples that are relavent to the student's life and experiences help teach the student that learning is important.The advances in technology and utilizing these resources are very important.
