A Little Bit About Me...

I was a lectuter in an Indian University, teaching undergraduate courses for Electronics and Communications major. Was a teaching assistant during my Masters in India. When I was doing my MS in Electrical Engineering in Kansas State University I was a teaching assistant. I love tutoring and mentoring. I have enjoyed teaching and have almost 4 yrs of experience.
My main focus on teaching is on understanding the subject and problem solving. I teach them the tools and methods and help them solve the problem independently. In case of very weak students I try my best to go down to their level and teach them. Academic excellence is my top priority. At the end of the day, a students success is what matters to me. I make sure that they perform well.

They rely on me to fix their grammatical, spelling and usage errors so their writing flows more smoothly. In reading books I enjoy teaching others the overall theme, morals and observations that the author was trying to convey. I have developed my love for math and statistical formulas by applying what I learned in math classes to enjoy following sports teams stats better. A Little Bit About Me...

My goal in teaching is to provide the student with the tools to discover and learn new concepts and to apply this knowledge to the learning process. I do not beleive in giving answers, but rather helping the student learn how to find the answers. I am very patient and will go over a concept until it is understood by the student. I enjoy children who are eager to learn, but try to instill a desire to acheive.
As an administrator of a school I oversaw the education of children from Kindergarten through twelfth grade. I have eight years experience teaching algebra I, five years teaching business math. I have eleven years experience teaching English grammar from third grade through twelfth grade. I have taught fourth grade for three years, fifth grade for three years and sixth grade for two years.
